My wife and I recently jumped at an opportunity to buy a new house. It was that dream house that we really wanted, and now it was up for sale. We had never moved so quickly to purchase a house and doing so certainly incurred complications. However, we had a lot of confidence in our friend and realtor, Trudy Wilson, that she would help us navigate the process as she has done for us in previous moves; and she did not disappoint. Trudy was always very responsive and quick at helping us brainstorm around some of the challenges that arose. In selling our house, Trudy presented us with a plan that was reflective of the current real estate market while also considering our timeline and financial priorities. While I had a different plan in mind at first, in the end I liked Trudy's ideas better. The plan worked so well that the first and only couple to view our house put in a successful offer even before the house went live on MLS. While I can't say that the process was without stress, I can say that Trudy's approach certainly gave us a comfort in knowing that our house was positioned in the best light possible right from the beginning.
